Palazzo Grassi is a palace in Venice, located on the Grand Canal in the San Marco area. In 2005, the palace was bought by a casino, but the function of an exhibition hall has been preserved in it.

The palace was built in the 18th century. The author of the project was the architect Giorgio Massari. In the 20th century, the palace was acquired by the Fiat automobile concern; at that time, large-scale reconstruction works were carried out in the building. Major art exhibitions were often held in the palace. In 2005, the building underwent a series of renovations led by the architect Tadao Ando.

Palazzo Grassi, along with other sights of Venice, was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
