Palazzo Barbarigo is the palace where Saint Gregorio Barbarigo was born. The palace is located on the Grand Canal. Nowadays, one of the parts of the palace houses a Murano glass shop and a showroom.

The palace was built in the Renaissance style in the 16th century. Initially, the building had three floors: the first floor was an open loggia with access to the canal, the two upper floors had open balconies decorated with columns.

At the end of the 19th century, the palace was owned by the owners of glass production. During this period, the facade of the palazzo was decorated with colored Murano glass mosaics. After finishing the facade, the aristocratic neighbors of the then new tenants of the palazzo were reprimanded by the nouveau riches,
