Evangelical church in the Czech Republic, Marianske Lazne spa
Rating: 8,5/10 (2044 votes)  The Evangelical Church, located on Peace Square in Marianske Lazne, was erected in the Neo-Romanesque style in 1853-1857. The design of the building was entrusted to the architect G. Kantian. The construction of the church was carried out with funds raised by German evangelists with the assistance of King Frederick William the Fourth. The church was rebuilt in 1999. In 1923, the famous philosopher, musician, theologian, Nobel Prize winner and physician played the old organ in the church. Albert Schweitzer.
