Forum in Croatia, Pula resort

In ancient times, the square was the religious, legislative, judicial and administrative center of the city. It is now considered a very popular meeting place for locals. In ancient times, this square housed a central temple dedicated to Jupiter, Minerva and Juno and two identical temples. One of the identical temples, the temple of Roma and Augustus, has survived to this day.
