Not all clinics provide this service, and not all clinics offer it cheap. Indeed, this certificate is only 3 days, so you need to issue it immediately before the trip.

You will also need a certificate that the animal has no breeding value. This document is issued by two organizations: the Russian Kennel Association or the Union of Russian Kennel Organizations. EU countries will require a stamp or microchip in the dog. First, at the stage of booking, you must warn your airline that you are flying with a dog.
