The dazzling white sandy beach of the Source d'Argens Bay, surrounded by huge granite boulders and emerald waters, is the setting for numerous films about tropical paradise. It is important to choose the right time to visit this beach - it can be very crowded in the middle of the day. However, the views of the crystal clear turquoise waters and sparkling sand are truly breathtaking. In the clear shallow water, it is easy to spot fish swimming around the reef and see a sea turtle crawling ashore. The shallow depth does not allow for a full swim, but it is a good place for snorkeling.

For complete relaxation, several mobile shops offer cool drinks, coconuts and fresh fruit. If there are too many people on the beach, it is recommended to walk past the boulders to the south along the coast or shallow water, there is a larger bay, divided into small areas by rocks.

The path to the Source d'Argens bay passes through the old coconut plantation L'Union Estate, and access to the beach costs 100 rupees (about 5-6 €), the ticket price, which must be kept until the end of the day, includes a visit to the old coconut processing factories and the turtle sanctuary. The ticket office at the plantation gate closes at 17-00.
