FKC - Festival and Congress Center in the Bulgarian city of Varna was built in 1986. He represents Bulgaria in such significant international organizations as EFCT, ICCA, AIPC, which are related to international congress activities. It is part of the only pan-European network of cinemas of the European Union, Europa Cinemas. The complex annually receives about 250 thousand visitors at its events.

This cultural center is located in the city center, just a hundred meters from the beach, right in front of the main entrance gate to the Sea Garden. The complex unites under its roof exhibition areas, the total area of which is about a thousand square meters, a dozen halls and pavilions of various capacities and functional purposes, which are equipped with a variety of equipment that meets any task.
