Photo and description

The Franciscan monastery was founded in the XIV century. The southern portal of the original building has been preserved. The magnificent inner courtyards (cloisters) are considered fine examples of Romanesque buildings in South Dalmatia. A pharmacy has been operating at the monastery since 1317.
