Belovezhskaya Pushcha is a site of an ancient relict plain place, protected for more than 600 years. The first protective decree banning hunting within the Belovezhskaya Pushcha was issued by the Polish king Jagailo in 1409.

The Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park is the main attraction and pride of the Belarusian people. In 1992, Belovezhskaya Pushcha was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The oldest reserved forest, whose average age is 81 years, and some trees reach 600 years old, breaks all world records for the diversity of flora and fauna. There are 958 plant species, 59 mammal species, 227 bird species and 24 fish species. Forest giants, bison, king deer, wolves, foxes, beavers, martens, lynxes, wild boars and other animals live here, which, unfortunately, are already rarely seen in the wild.

In a specially equipped enclosure for bison, you can admire the huge relict giants, which no one has hunted for a long time, and therefore they allow a person very close to them. Once bison were an almost extinct species, but such excellent conditions were created for them in Belovezhskaya Pushcha that the rapidly growing population of these forest giants creates many problems.

The Museum of Nature is located in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Here you can see the rarest exhibits, composed in such a way that the effect of being in a wild primeval forest is created. The impression is enhanced by the chirping of birds, the noise of the wind and the voices of animals that sound from the loudspeakers. The stuffed animals of animals and birds that have disappeared or disappeared forever are also presented in the museum. Shown what the Belovezhskaya Pushcha used to be like when people still hunted with spears, bows and arrows. Some scenes show how animals hunt in the forest, for example, the hunting of deer by wolves.

Belovezhskaya Pushcha is the place where the historic Belovezhskaya agreement was signed; this event took place in the government residence of Viskuli in 1991 and put an end to the huge empire of the USSR.

The residence of the Belarusian Father Frost is located in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. This is a reserved fairy tale not only for the little ones, but also for adults. A very beautiful forest estate has been built here.

Currently, there are several tourist complexes in Belovezhskaya Pushcha, excursions are organized, active rest is organized.
