The building of the pharmacy at the corner of Sacco and Vanzetti (formerly Kostrizhnaya) and Chapaev (formerly Ilinskaya) streets was built in 1898-1899. elements of classicism are Yu.N. Terlikov. The two-storey L-shaped brick building belonged to one of the pharmacists' brothers - Alexander Georgievich Fridolin, titular adviser and master of pharmacy. For the owner of the house, the building had several purposes: a living room on the second floor, a pharmacy with a front door on the first floor, and storage rooms in the basement of the house.
