The pharmacy-museum of the city of Lutsk is located in the historical and cultural reserve "Old Lutsk" on the Market Square, 11 Dragomanova Street.

The building of the old Lutsk pharmacy was built at the turn of the XVIII-XIX centuries. the Zlotsky family. In 1845 it was damaged by fire. After some time, the chemical analyst Adam and his brother P. Zlotsky renovated the building and placed a pharmacy in it. In the ground part of the pharmacy there was a trading floor, an owner's office and living quarters, and in the basements there was a laboratory and a storage of medicines. The pharmacy had old books with prescriptions for medicines, as well as equipment for making it in the laboratory.

In the first half of the twentieth century. the Lutsk pharmacy produced about 50 types of ointments, 15 syrups and 25 tinctures. More than 200 types of medicinal plants were used for their manufacture.

In 1966, some of the items from the pharmacy were transported to Lviv's pharmacies-museums. The pharmacy of the city of Lutsk received the status of a museum a little later.

The building itself is a one-storey house with two-storey cellars with cylindrical arches. The entrance to the house is decorated with forged elements, lanterns and bars on the windows, which have frames. The entire building is framed around the perimeter with complex profile cornices. The gable roof is covered with red metal tiles.

The museum exposition of the pharmacy is located in two above-ground premises - the director's office and the trading floor, in which the old interior has been preserved. The exposition of the museum includes old recipes, documents, textbooks and pharmacy utensils of the XV-XVII centuries, as well as "A manual for the training of pharmacists" (1875), "Herbalist of medicinal plants" (1883), "Polish Pharmacopoeia" (1938). In the director's office there is an old pharmaceutical inventory: measuring cylinders, weights, a machine for making suppositories and sealing bottles, dishes, mortars for ointments and powders, an old telephone, a typewriter, and so on. In addition, the pharmacy has kept a herbarium of medicinal plants since 1942
