The building of the Prince's Palace, built in the 15th century, periodically suffered from fires, earthquakes and explosions of gunpowder, which was stored here, but still survived to our time. Today it houses the city museum, as well as the only monument erected in all the centuries of the existence of the Dubrovnik Republic - the rich sailor Miho Pracat, who bequeathed his entire fortune to her in the 17th century.
