The dacha of the Russian entrepreneur Georgy Grigorievich Borman, who was engaged in the confectionery business, is located in the village of Komarovo on Morskaya Street, no. 8, in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg. It is an object of cultural and historical heritage. Bormann also owned a neighboring mansion with a turret on Morskaya, 14, which is now also an object of cultural and historical heritage.

Today (since 2000) the heavily overgrown slope of the estate towards the Gulf of Finland is included in the territory of the natural monument "Komarovsky Bereg". Restoration work is underway in the park.
