On the outskirts of Pattaya, in the Sirac area, there is the world's largest tiger zoo. Guests of the zoo also love the enclosures where the tigress feeds the piglets and the sow brings up the cubs. Tigers take part in shows that take place at the zoo several times a day. The trainer makes them jump over burning rings, dance, walk on ropes. In 2004, a scandal erupted in the world press. The owners of the zoo in Pattaya have been accused of pet abuse. Since then, some tiger tricks have been removed from the program. Interest in the performances is fueled by a young woman who is called the Scorpion Queen. She performs with live scorpions that crawl over her body.

The zoo also has a crocodile farm with 10 thousand crocodiles. The meat of these reptiles can be tasted at a local restaurant, and products made from their skin can be bought at the gift shop.
