The Valley of the Butterflies is located on the western coast of Beljeiz Bay. You can only get here by sea, so ships from Fethiye leave for this wonderful place every day.

The valley got its name in honor of the beautiful `` Tiger Butterfly '', numerous colonies of which live here. Beyond the Tiger Butterfly almost all types of butterflies of the Mediterranean live in the valley. Be sure to walk along the path to the picturesque waterfalls.

There is another place in the valley that deserves attention - the ancient village of Faralya, which today is called Uzunyurt. You can get to it along the path going from the coast to the right.
