In 2009, Blue Reef Aquarium, which owns several aquariums across the UK, opened a new aquarium in Bristol.

Here, visitors can experience an amazing variety of marine life - from sharks and giant lobsters to adorable seahorses and colorful tropical fish. Among the inhabitants of the Aquarium there is a giant octopus, nautilus clams, stingrays, several species of turtles, poisonous frogs of South America.

Passing through the underwater tunnel, tourists can observe the life of a tropical reef up close.

A separate exposition is dedicated to the marine fauna of the British Isles, which, upon closer acquaintance, turns out to be no less colorful, mysterious and interesting than the exotic inhabitants of the tropical seas.
