The Church of All Saints in Sevastopol is the oldest building in the city, located in Zagorodnaya Balka on the former city cemetery on Pozharova Street, 9-a. Temple Feast - June 6.

The temple was built in 1822 with funds allocated by Vice Admiral F.T. Bychensky, who was buried there after his death. The church was executed in a classical style. The base of the temple is represented by a cross-domed volume with a semicircular apse in the eastern part, completed with a light drum and a dome. The cruciform refectory adjoins the volume. The bell tower of the church is two-tiered, oval, topped with a spire. The main entrance to the temple is located in the western facade, and two side ones - in the north and south. The western facade was decorated with a triangular pediment, the central entrance - with pilasters.

During the siege of Sevastopol in 1854-55. the church was occupied by French and Turkish troops, who stole all the church property and made a stable in it. After the end of the war, the temple was restored by the merchant Ivan Pikin. The consecration of the shrine took place in October 1859 by Archpriest Arseny Lebedintsev. In 1901, a parish school was opened at the Church of All Saints.

During the Great Patriotic War, the building of the church miraculously survived. Since 1985, the church has been declared an architectural monument of local importance, in 1990-1995. it was repaired: the columns were restored, the roof and the dome were blocked. The walls of the church, the iconostasis and several icon cases were re-painted by Moscow artists.

For quite a long time, the Church of All Saints was the only functioning temple in Sevastopol. Today, regular services are held in the All Saints Church. Parishioners come to pray at the icons, illuminated by the light of the inextinguishable holy fire from the Holy Sepulcher, delivered from Jerusalem, and also to worship the particles of the holy relics. The temple has a library and a Sunday school for adults and children.
