The Dakar Cathedral Mosque is the main mosque in Senegal, located in the center of the country's capital. The mosque was opened in 1964 by King Hassan II of Morocco and Senegalese President Leopold Sedar Senghor. The exterior of the mosque, adorned with rich decor, is a bit like the famous mosque in Casablanca.
