Celtic courtyard near Lovachka description and photo - Ukraine: Mukachevo. Detailed information about the attraction. Description, photos and a map showing the nearest significant objects. Photo and descriptionThe location of the tasting room "Celtic courtyard near Lovachka" is very interesting. It is located in Mukachevo in an ancient 45-meter basement, at the foot of Mount Lovachka, as its name implies. Grapes have been grown on the slopes of this mountain for more than five centuries, starting from the 14th century. And the definition of "Celtic" is associated with the nearby ancient Celtic settlement - opidum. The tasting room offers visitors several types of palenoks and fruit tinctures - the famous Transcarpathian plum brandy, nutcracker, sweet cherry, wild cherry, persimmon, peach, peach tincture, etc. Here you can also enjoy three types of homemade ale - Celtic, ginger, corn. You will be offered homemade cider, several varieties of vermouth cooked with thirty (!) Herbs. There are also exclusive aged drinks - gin, schnapps, grappa, orujo and rakia of our own production. Among the treats are pickles, corned beef sandwiches and homemade lard. Old stone terraces have been preserved here since ancient times. Another interesting historical and agronomic fact is connected with Lovachka Mountain. In the middle of the last century, plantations of subtropical crops were established here as an experiment: lemons, tangerines, oranges, etc. The experiment was led by Academician Chkheidze. But only tea has been acclimatized, its plantation is located on Mount Cervonia. Some types of subtropical cultures have chosen the territory of the agritourism.
