Wat Bentyamabophit in Thailand, Bangkok resort

It was built at the beginning of the twentieth century with the participation of the Italian architect Hercules Manfredi. The name of the Marble Temple appeared due to the decoration of the walls with the world-famous Carrara marble. The columns of the temple are also made of this material. Wat Benyamabophit is decorated with exquisite stained-glass windows, and the walls are decorated with drawings of various mythological subjects. However, tourists mainly visit this temple to see the famous bronze statue of the Walking Buddha.
