Linnanmaki Amusement Park is a large amusement park in Helsinki, Finland, opened in May 1950. The park belongs to the non-profit Children's Day Foundation. There are 44 different attractions on the territory of the park, aimed at visitors of different ages and heights. There are more rides here than in any other similar park in Scandinavia. There are also 24 playgrounds with various games, slot machines, souvenir kiosks, shops, restaurants, an aquarium, a cinema, an open stage where popular performers perform in summer.

The Linnanmaki Amusement Park is open from the end of April to the end of September.

The attraction of the Vuoristorata Wooden Roller Coaster, along with other attractions, brought some fame to the amusement park. This is the most recognizable attraction in the park and has become its symbol over time. Moreover, roller coasters were among the first to be installed in the park. The oldest attraction is the Carousel, created in 1896.

In general, Linnanmaki amusement park has a lot of extreme attractions, in particular,"Raketa" - a free fall tower with a pneumatic mechanism. There are several different roller coasters here -"Fire Sleigh","Milky Way","Fast Train" and the country's first rafting track"Down the slides into the water".

There is an observation tower on the territory of the park, which, like the park in general, is free to enter. To ride any attraction, you need to purchase a one-time ticket or a control bracelet. The cost of the bracelet depends on the height of the guest of the amusement park - the higher the visitor, the more expensive the bracelet is and the more attractions it can visit.

The Sea Life aquarium in the park introduces visitors to the inhabitants of tropical seas and oceans. The park theater often hosts musical performances that are very popular with visitors.
In 2007, a new roller coaster was built in Linnanmaki, and the classic Autodrom ride was moved to a different location next to the Ferris wheel. A year later, a new roller coaster was opened -"Lightning" - with rotating booths. In 2010, the park celebrated its 60th anniversary, and in 2011, another roller coaster,"Lord of the Sky", appeared.
