The author of the project was the architect Michael Kuen. The main building material was wood. At the end of the construction work, the town hall was a monumental building, which soon became the seat of the city municipal authorities. The skeleton of a honeycomb structure gives the building a picturesque look. The facade is decorated with colored shutters that serve as a decorative function. Since the building is now a private estate, it is not allowed to enter it.
