This museum is located northwest of San Vicente, in a former convent built in the 16th century in the Renaissance style. The basement floor displays mill wheels, obelisks, tombstones and much more related to the Basque Country.
There is also a section dedicated to the prehistoric period in the museum and an ethnographic collection containing porcelain, pottery products, tools of artisans, tools and much more.
On the first floor of the museum there are paintings by Spanish artists: Coelho, Ribera, Morana, El Greco and others. There are also works by Basques such as Zuloaga, Armarica, Arteta, Salaberria, Echage, Zubiaurre, Ugarte and others.
