Pedoulas is a mountain village located at an altitude of 1097 meters. In 1474, the church of the Archangel Michael was built in the village, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. This church is one of the few in Cyprus where the original interior decoration has been preserved in good condition. The Byzantine Art Museum is located next to the temple.
