The stained glass windows were made in the style of the Middle Ages. The building was built in 1928-1933. Simple cement blocks served as the material for the construction. Today this Catholic cathedral is the seat of the bishop of Nha Trang. The Catholic cemetery, located near the cathedral, was exhumed in 1988, as it was necessary to make way for the construction of a new railway station. The ashes from the cemetery were transferred to the cathedral, where they were reburied in niches in the wall.
