Fondaco dei Tedeschi is a palace in Venice, located near the   Rialto Bridge, on the Grand Canal. Today the palace houses the telegraph office and the city post office. Previously, the palace was a German courtyard.

In the 16th century, the palazzo was a place for German merchants to live, trade and store goods.

architect Girolamo Tedesco. Initially, the facade of the building was decorated with frescoes by Titian and Giorgione. The palazzo has an inner courtyard.

Fondaco dei Tedeschi, along with other sights of Venice, was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
