This museum is located in a neoclassical building, which is located in the city center and survived in 1917. For some time there was a branch of the Bank of Athens.

The exhibits of this museum are devoted to the history of the city's Jewish community, from the 3rd century AD until the Second World War.

The museum is open from Friday to Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm, and on Wednesday and Thursday – from 11 am to 8 pm with a break from 2 pm to 5 pm.
