Panaya Limeniotissa is the ruins of a temple built in the 5th century (early Christian period). It was erected in honor of the goddess - the patroness of the port. In the 7th century the temple was destroyed by the Arabs.
The ruins of the temple are located near the harbor, just behind the restaurants located on the coast of the island. One column, parts of the foundation and mosaic floors are well preserved here.
