Stari Grad Varazdin Castle in Croatia

The castle was built in the Renaissance style in the XIV century. It is one of the few castles in Europe, which was rebuilt over the centuries, but it has completely preserved the appearance of the Renaissance. In 1925, the castle was handed over to the city authorities, and since then it houses the city museum ... The museum exhibits collections of paintings, weapons, ceramics, sculptures and other exhibits from the field of archeology and ethnography.
