Rating: 8,4/10 (2494 votes)  The Or ha-Torah synagogue in Tunis is one of the most beautiful synagogues in Israel. The Tunisian Synagogue is a modern building entirely funded by donations. The picturesque facade of the building consists of six arches decorated with a variety of panels. If you come closer, you can see the inscribed names of five sections of the Torah between the arches. Beautiful stained glass windows and mosaics tell the story of Israel and its people.
