Park `` Golden Sands '' is located at an altitude of 100-269 meters above sea level. The entire territory of the park is occupied by natural deciduous forests, consisting of various species of oak – blaguna, cera, etc. Under the protection of the park there are also about 20 varieties of rare and endangered plants, such as Caucasian primroses, snowdrops, orchids, etc. One of the attractions of the park is a two-hundred-year-old tree, reaching over 23 meters and 4 meters in girth. In the southwestern part of the nature park, you can observe the rocky monastery of Aladzha, built in the 14th century, next to which it is also interesting to visit the ruins of the monastery, now called the Catacombs. Today, the park is home to more than a hundred species of birds and animals.
