The first mention of Riggersburg Castle is found in a 12th century manuscript. The castle was erected on an impregnable rock 40 km from Graz. The castle acquired its present appearance in the 17th century and is now privately owned by the princes of Liechtenstein.

This is the largest castle in Styria: the length of the fortress walls is 3 km, 11 bastions and seven gates. Pay attention to the luxurious decoration of the White and Knight's Halls. The castle's basement houses the Witch Museum.
