In the near future, it is planned to build a spa resort of the highest class. According to the project, it will occupy 14% of the island's territory. This large complex will include: villas, bungalows, a modern hotel, restaurants, cafes and bars, a chain of SPA services. To preserve the purity of nature, it will be possible to move around the island only on eco-friendly golf carts.
