St. Mark's Island in Montenegro, Tivat resort

The island was named after Saint Mark, who was one of the evangelists, patron saint of Venice, revered by the people of the Mediterranean Christian faith.

The total area of the island is 347,250 square meters. The island's beach stretches for 4 kilometers. The swimming season lasts 6 months of the year. The water temperature during the bathing period ranges from +20 0 С to +26 0 С, and the average air temperature is slightly above +30 0 С.

St. Mark's Island is the largest island in the Boka Kotorska Bay, which is located in the Tivat Bay. Thanks to the magnificent nature, the picturesque landscape and mild climate, the bay is included in the UNESCO list of world cultural and natural heritage.  

In the near future, it is planned to build a spa resort of the highest class. According to the project, it will occupy 14% of the island's territory. This large complex will include: villas, bungalows, a modern hotel, restaurants, cafes and bars, a chain of   SPA services. To preserve the purity of nature, it will be possible to move around the island only on eco-friendly golf carts.
