Trollhaugen Manor is located 10 km from Bergen on the bank of a fjord in a beautiful location. This is the house of Edward Grieg, built in 1885. The composer lived here for 22 years and it is here that he composed his best works. Not far away, in a rock on the seashore, he is buried with his wife.

In the house-museum you can see the personal belongings of the composer, numerous photographs. A small workshop of the composer with his writing table survived. Music concerts are often held here.
