The Rooster Clock Square is located at the intersection of Vilniaus and Tilzhes Streets. This square is a meeting place for business people and just couples in love. In 2003, on the 767th anniversary of the city, the cockerel gained good manners and began to greet people passing by. The "Pelicans" fountain appeared in the city of Siauliai in 1978, the author of the work is the sculptor B. Kasperaviciene.
