Lore Lindou National Park is a protected forest area on the island of Sulawesi. The park is located in the province of Central Sulawesi and has the status of a national couple. The territory is home to a huge number of rare birds, of which 77 species are endemic to the island of Sulawesi. The park was formed as a result of the connection of the existing reserves on the island - the Lore Kalamanta nature reserve, the recreation area and protected forest of Lake Lindu and the Lore Lindu wildlife reserve.

In addition to a variety of wildlife in this park, there are megaliths - huge structures of stone blocks that date back to 1300 AD. There are about 400 megaliths in the park, of which about 30 are sculptures in the form of a man.

The park is located 50 km from the city of Palu, the administrative center of the Central Sulawesi province. It is best to visit the park in July-September, as it rains the rest of the time.
