Don Enrique Yucchengco's House, formerly known as the Main Administrative Building, is a 9-storey neoclassical building located on the grounds of De La Salle University in the Manila district of Malate. It was built in 2000 as the main administrative building of the university. Alfonso Yucchengko, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the UN, was directly involved in the construction of the building. For his help, the building was named after his father, Enrique Iuchengko.

A special feature of the building is the central computer, which is responsible for automatic air conditioning and fire safety systems. Inside there are 4 lifts, 20 training rooms and 6 conference rooms. The ground floor of the building is used for various events and meetings. On the second floor there is a museum with an area of 450 square meters, which previously housed an art gallery. It is believed to be the largest exhibition area in Manila.

Today, the museum contains works of modern Filipino art, donated by the patrons Willie and Doreen Fernandez. In particular, here you can see the works of famous artists, nine of whom are national artists of the country - Fernando Amorsolo, Jose Hoya, Arturo Luz, Vicente Manansala, etc. Each trimester of the exposition in the museum changes.

On the seventh floor of the Yuchengko House there is an ultramodern three-tiered auditorium named after Teresa Yucchengko with a capacity of up to 1100 people. It is named after the wife of Alfonso Yuchengko. The auditorium is equipped with modern lighting and sound systems. Outside there is a two-level foyer. It often hosts major corporate events, concerts and celebrations.
