One of the largest archaeological park-museum in Hungary, Aquincum, was opened more than a hundred years ago. The territory of the museum with preserved ruins shows about a quarter of the city of Aquincum, the center of this city in the 2nd-3rd centuries with the most characteristic public buildings and several private houses of that time. The chronoscopes installed in the park make it possible to find out what the streets of the city looked like in reality, from which only ruins remained.
