The Pele Museum is located in Luhansk and is the world's only private museum in honor of the famous Brazilian football player Pele. The museum was created by a resident of Lugansk Nikolay Khudobin on his own initiative. The museum was opened in June 2012 and was a real gift not only for football fans, but also for all residents of Lugansk. The opening of this museum was attended by members of the football club “Zarya”, who were champions of the Soviet Union in 1972, as well as fans of FC “Zarya”, the Brazilian ambassador, the mayor of Lugansk - Sergey & nbsp; Kravchenko and many spectators.

Nikolay has been collecting exhibits for this museum for 40 years. Among them you can see real relics of football, such as: the famous "Pele-Yashin" pennant of 1958, which bears Pele's autograph; World Championship sign, dedicated to football in 1958, which is handcrafted in bronze and gilding; also a gold watch presented to Pele to the USSR national team defender Afonin after the 1965 Brazil-USSR match; a soccer ball that symbolizes the 1966 World Cup; a unique photograph of Pele himself in 1958, who visited the Mir space station with autographs of the astronauts; many stamps depicting Pele; things that belonged to Pele with his autographs on them; various match booklets and tickets for many of Pele's matches.

Nikolay Khudobin is a 52-year-old citizen of Luhansk, a businessman by profession and a great romantic at heart, his museum is the first and currently the only museum in the world dedicated to the Brazilian football king Pele. Nikolai himself met with the famous football player three times,
