Floreana Island (other names - Santa Maria, Charles) - the first inhabited island of the Galapagos archipelago. Since the 18th century, the bay near this island has served as a kind of mailbox - a barrel with postal correspondence is kept here. The whalers took her and brought her to the mainland.
