The Azov Greek Museum is located in the center of the suburb of Mariupol - the village of Sartana. The museum contains an extremely rich exposition that tells about the life and culture of the Greeks from the time of their resettlement in 1778-80. from the Crimea, about the foundation of new Greek settlements, the development of local territories, the development of the diaspora.

The foundation of the museum of history and ethnography of the Azov Greeks took place in 1987. At first as a museum on a voluntary basis, and later as a folk museum. It became a branch of the Mariupol Museum in 1992. Since 1997 it bears its current name. The fascinating exposition is located on two floors, in six halls.
