Photo and description

Gudvangen is a small village located in the narrow gorge of the Nreifjord among steep cliffs. In Mount Anorthosit there are Magic White Caves, famous all over the world for the largest deposits of anorthosite - a white rock that is even on the moon.

The average temperature in the cave is about 8 degrees Celsius all year round. Before the start of the tour, tourists are given jackets and helmets. The labyrinth cave consists of several rooms of various sizes. On all routes, underfoot there are carpeted paths, which greatly facilitates movement inside the cave.

The Magic Caves of Gudvangen arrange excursions for tourist groups and by agreement. Here visitors can sit in the stone bar and dining room, where all the benches are covered with reindeer skins.
