The name of this monastery is translated as 'Monastery of the Cave Tiger'. It is called so because next to it there is a rock that looks like a tiger's paw.

The main hall of the monastery, which is built in a huge cave, is intended for monks to meditate. The forest near the cave is full of houses of nuns and monks. At the top of the rock is the imprint of the Buddha's foot, as well as his huge seated statue. You can get to the top by stairs, which are 300 meters high. This site offers a beautiful view of Krabi.
