Rating: 7,5/10 (170 votes)  The Tepsi minaret, which is attached to the mosque in the Theodosiopolis fortress, is also called the Clock Tower, or even just the Kule - Tower. From the top of this tower – the highest in the city – you can perfectly see the whole city and its picturesque surroundings. Unfortunately, the tower clock is now broken by the time.
