Photo and description

The luxurious Aqua Dom spa center is located in Langenfeld, in the Austrian Otztal valley. Up to 350 thousand guests visit this thermal complex annually. Vacationers come here from Solden, Seefeld and Innsbruck.

The Aqua Center is quite recognizable by its large glass cone. It is in perfect harmony with the snow-capped peaks of the mountains surrounding the town of Langenfeld.

The Aqua House center consists of several open and closed areas for swimming and relaxation. Its swimming pools are 2200 sq. m. The entire complex was built taking into account the recommendations of experts in feng shui.

In the open air there are three round pools with diameters from 12 to 16 meters. One of the pools is filled with thermal water, which comes from the Badl spring at a depth of 1,865 meters. It is cleared by passing through several layers of rock. The second pool contains salt water, and the massage fountains are considered the highlight of the third. The water in the pools is warm, so you can swim here even in winter. These pools are elevated above the ground. They can be accessed through a glass cone.

In the indoor recreation area there are two large swimming pools, the water temperature in which reaches 34 and 36 degrees Celsius, rooms for massage, relaxation, gyms, a children's area, where you can also find several pools and a large, bright illuminated slide 90 meters long. There is also a variety of saunas and baths in the Aqua House.

The first hot spring in the vicinity of Langenfeld was discovered in the 16th century and explored in 1830. The Badl spring that fills local pools dried up in 1960 and was found again while drilling wells in 1997. Every second 3-4 liters of mineral, saturated with gray water are supplied to the surface.
