Valpolicella in Italy, Verona resort
Rating: 7,9/10 (600 votes)  Valpolicella is a small picturesque valley located in the vicinity of Verona. The valley received world fame thanks to its wines – 'Amarone', 'Ripasso' and 'Recioto'. The valley is also home to many historical and cultural attractions, which attract thousands of tourists every year. The valley is home to several medieval towns such as San Pietro, Fumane, Pedemonte, Incariano and Negrar, each of which it offers tourists excellent cozy restaurants and wineries. It is worth remembering that not every winery is open to access, and an excursion should be arranged in advance. There is a small market in Negrare on Mondays, where you can buy almost anything: from fresh vegetables to great souvenirs. In the town of Molina there is a beautiful park called Molina Cascades; with walking trails and waterfalls available.
