The Piber Horse Farm is one of the most famous horse farms in Austria, located 24 kilometers west of Graz. A special horse breed is bred on this farm - Lipizzaner, for the Spanish riding school in Vienna. These horses are born with black fur, but brighten over time. Every year, about 40 horses are born on the farm, but only 5 of them go to Vienna. You can visit the horse farm from April to October, any day of the week except Monday. On Sundays you can watch the training of young horses. Not far from the farm is a Romanesque church and a 17th century castle with an arcade and a beautiful courtyard.
