Rating: 7,6/10 (173 votes) The premier museum about Cuba's major revolution. At first glance, you cannot tell that this building is a repository of historical evidence and exhibits, since the building in which the museum is located was once the presidential palace. The overthrown dictator was expelled from the palace, and almost immediately this gigantic mansion became the National Museum of the Revolution. In addition to exhibits dedicated to the events of the 50-60s, materials, documents and evidence are collected here about the pre-revolutionary wars for independence from Spain. A pavilion was built behind the museum building, where the war trophies of Cuba, as well as various units of military equipment are located.
