Near the city of Tuapse, on the lands of the village of Beskrovny on the Black Sea coast, on a rocky promontory, there is a landmark of the VIII century - the ruins of the Duzu-Kale trading post. The mound was built in the shape of a rectangle, about 100 x 150 m. From the ancient fortifications (stone walls and towers), there are ruins at the foundation level, the remains of a large stone structure and barely noticeable traces of a protective ditch in the north-west of the mound, which are of interest to scientists. and for tourists, travelers.

Although no official excavations were carried out, there is a version that in the XIV-XV centuries the ancient settlement was inhabited by the Adygs. Previously, these lands were inhabited by Shapsugs.

The trading post is a fortification to protect coastal trade and the equipment of trade and research expeditions to explore new lands. The name of this trading post has not been precisely established.
