Fiery mountain Yanartash (Chimaera mountain) in Turkey, Kemer resort

Anyone can come here with a torch that can be lit from the fire and will go down in the evening in its light. There is also a flat platform at the top, from where you can observe smoky dark gaps with bright tongues of flame. According to legend, it was here that Bellerophonte won the Chimera on Pegasus – a formidable fire-breathing creature with the head of a lion, the body of a goat and the tail of a dragon.
